Your first visit includes a detailed intake and examination of your health. I will ask you about your sleep, lifestyle, diet and stress level. This intake is followed by a treatment that may include a combination of acupuncture and cupping, reiki, and/or gua sha.

60 min / $110

Based on your initial assessment and response to acupuncture, we will create a treatment plan to suit you.

Wether you want to stay healthy and receive acupuncture for regular health maintenance or you would like to address an illness or condition: Acupuncture is a cumulative medicine, and the amount of treatments you will need depends on your condition, its severity and length, and your response to acupuncture.
