Hi, my name is Christine.

I am a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist R.H.N.

Understanding the healing connection between body, mind and spirit is the foundation of my practice, and I am passionate about serving my community to discover their innate ability to heal.

My own healing journey began with a personal exploration of my lifestyle, stress levels, emotions, diet, and sleep, driven by a deep awareness of my mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This exploration inspired me to support others facing their challenges in life.

I ended my career in visual effects in Vancouver, and returned to school to study Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and Acupuncture at Oshio College in Victoria BC.

In addition, I am an Usui Reiki Level III - Master practitioner.
